TAKE NOTICE that the Honourable Minister of Solid Minerals Development, in exercise of his powers in line with Section 4 of the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007, has approved a 21-DAY period, within which all recently revoked Mineral Title Holders can have their Titles restored, in line with Restitution Policy (Regulation 1 of 2024) for the payment of the prescribed fee for the revoked Mineral Titles as follows:
i. The sum of N10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Naira) only for holders of revoked Mining Lease.
ii. The sum of N7,500,000.00 (Seven Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira) only for holders of revoked Small Scale Mining lease.
iii. The sum of N5,000,000.00 (Five Million Naira) only for holders of revoked Exploration Licence.
iv. The sum of N2,500,000.00 (Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira) only for holders of revoked Quarry Lease.
2. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the reinstatement of any revoked Mineral title(s) shall be subject to the payment of all the outstanding Annual Service Fees with respect to the title, in addition to the Fee/Charge specified above, within 21 days effective from 19th October, 2025.
3. This notice affects only the REVOCATION LIST 2025 as posted in the Mining Cadastre Office website (http:miningcadastre.gov.ng); all Payments must be made through MCO-Application Processing Fee Remita page with the Narration stated as “Restoration fee of the revoked Mineral title number for the year 2025”.
